PC Housecall

Sometimes your hardware may require a hands-on fix - our housecall package will despatch a technician to your home to get you back up and running. However, before booking this service, we would recommend you look at our pc tune up package - most problems can be sorted out without our technician visitng your premises, and if we can't, we will deduct the fee from the housecall charge !!

Please note : Parts are not included in the fee, although where possible the technician will have informed you of any extra costs as part of the PC tune up diagnosis.

This service includes all items included in the PC Tune up package together with preventative hardware maintenance to ensure your PC performs at its very best and your choice of  free device install or an instant assist voucher to use anytime you like.
