How it works

Once you have purchased a package , you will receive either an  Email containing a link, or a phone call from a technician ( depending on which option you selected during checkout ) When you click on the link this connects to our servers and downloads a small piece of software to your PC. This enables our technicians to connect to your PC and control it as if they were sitting in front of it. The system is 100% secure and when we have finished the software is deleted and we no longer have access. You don't have to be present for the session - but if you want to stay and see what we do then that's okay too - you will be able to chat to the technician as they work , and they will be happy to help with any questions you may have.
